This website provides general information about Open Deck Dispatch and an application mechanism for motor carriers interested in dispatch services.

Submitting an application does not create an agency, dispatch, brokerage, employment or other contractual relationship. Services begin only after acceptance, onboarding and execution of the applicable written agreement.

Freight availability, rates, revenue, utilization and operating results are not guaranteed.

Motor carriers remain responsible for operating authority, insurance, safety, drivers, equipment, cargo securement, regulatory compliance and acceptance or rejection of loads, except as otherwise expressly provided in a signed agreement.

Final service terms are governed by the executed written agreement between Open Deck Dispatch and the motor carrier. These starter terms should be reviewed by qualified transportation counsel.
